The Netflix Project

As Director of Customer Service, I was charged with the simultaneous buildout and launch of a 6,000 sq. ft., 320-seat call center to support operations—while also overseeing the full closure of existing operations in California—all within a 90-day window. Both initiatives were successfully completed in just 88 days. The space was intentionally designed to maximize operational efficiency while supporting the needs of a high-performing workforce. Drawing inspiration from the energy of the entertainment industry, the environment balanced function with atmosphere—creating a dynamic, engaging workspace that aligned with the Netflix brand.
